Snow White Transfers Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking.  The client will receive a confirmation invoice upon receiving the funds.

Cancellations will be accepted by email.  Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of the transfer booked in order to receive 50% refund of the deposit paid.  No refund will be given thereafter.

Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the date of travel.

Payments can be made by visa debit/credit card or bank transfer.  Bank transfer payments may be subject to a bank fee, which is imposed to the client not to Snow White Transfers.

If a booking is made by telephone the customer is accepting Snow White Transfers terms and conditions.

The collection/destination address given at the time of booking is the address where Snow White Transfers will deliver you.  If there are any changes these need to be discussed 14 days prior to travel.

There is a luggage limit of 2 bags per client including skis/boards and boot bags.  Any excess luggage must be booked at the time of confirmation.

Snow White Transfers reserve the right to refuse transport of excess baggage.

Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on our vehicles.  Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles.

Child and booster seats must be requested on the time of booking or at least 5 days prior to travel.

Snow White Transfers will always aim to be on time for its clients, if however due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control we will inform our clients fully.  Circumstances that may prohibit timely transfer which are out of our control include:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures and diversions
  • Accidents causing delay
  • Traffic delays
  • Breakdown
  • Problems with other clients
  • Industrial action
  • Police compliance
  • Terrorism

If Snow White Transfers are delayed beyond their control we will endeavour to seek alternative arrangements for its clients.  We will not be liable for circumstances out of our control.

It is very important for the passenger to contact Snow White Transfers if they are delayed, in order to reschedule your booking.  An additional fee of 200 euros will be applicable if the reschedule is more than 60 minutes or an alternative airport is required.

Snow White Transfers will not be liable for delayed luggage unless where the driver has been at fault.

Snow White Transfers will have liability limit of 500 euros per passenger.

French law governs Snow White Transfers.
